We have got 12 AC rooms, 2 AC dormitories for groups & covered terrace hall  for functions upto 50-60 people.

• Smaller dormitory can accommodate around 8-10 people.
• Larger dormitory can accommodate around 16-18 people.
• Spacious clean & fresh.
• 40" TV with Tatasky subscription.
• Free Wifi.
• Airconditioned rooms
• Seperate women & men washrooms for 2 dormitories.
• Wardrobe to store your belongings.
• The beach is around 7 mins walk from the property.

 EV charging facility available 

 Check-In: 12.00 pm, Check-out: 10.00 am. 

Room tariff:
# Rs 4250 per night for a couple.
# Extra person Rs 800 per night.
# Kids upto 10 yrs no extra bed required.
# Breakfast & Tea is included in the above rates

Dormitory tariff:
# Smaller dormitory: Rs 6000 minimum upto 6 people after which Rs 1000/person
# Larger dormitory: Rs 10000 minimum upto 10 people after which Rs 1000/person

Booking procedure:
50% advance & 50% on arrival. Compulsory ID proof for all guests.

Cancellation
No cancellation available for weekends, long holidays. Hence no refunds.
Weekdays cancellation: 
If cancelled before 15 days: 100% refund.
If cancelled till 1 week of booking date: 30% deduction on full tariff.
If cancelled 3 days before booking date: No refund.

Important points:
Resort towels are not allowed to be taken out of the rooms.
If any damage or hard stains on towels, bedcovers, pillow covers, bedsheet etc damage penalty charges applicable.
Pets not allowed.
Kettles should be used only for boiling water, any cooking inside rooms are strictly prohibited.
Except Refreshment & toiletry kit no things are allowed to be carried by the guests outside hotel.
No rooms for drivers, common washroom can be used by drivers.
