Entranced by the natural beauty of Alibag and the peaceful surroundings they decided to develop this small corner of the land in the village of Nagaon 6 kilometers from Alibag. Over the years we noticed a need for an economical, well developed lodging for visitors to Alibaug and we decided to develop our land into lovely bungalow cottages which we could rent out to visitors says Sushil Jadhav who manages the complete operations of the entire sidz estate. Over 8 years of hard work culminated into a beautiful aesthetically designed sidz cottage estate. A famous song Sagar Kinare Dil Ye Pukare from the film Sagar was shot on this beach. The description in the song fits the beauty of the place. The place is famous for clean and serene beaches.
