This is a homestay and rooms are kind of hotel type. Hygiene and cleanliness is too good. You get big balcony of 5 to 8 people where you can do party. Surrounding is so calm that even you can listen sounds of birds and its having lots of trees around it. Owner of the property Om is very co-operative. This is the best one for family and bachelors also. Rates are also affordable around 1000 to 2000. Beaches are also nearby. This is a perfect place.

We along with my close relatives visited Dapoli n stayed at Aai Homestay for 3 days. Warm welcome by management. We really enjoyed our stay. The bungalow is amidst beautiful and green surrounding. In the morning beautiful n colouful birds are seen. A big spacious balcony in front of bedrooms is good for party get-together. Overall our Stay at Dapoli was enjoyable because of beautiful Stay at Aai Homestay. Thanks to management.

Visited Aai Homestay at Dapoli for two days. Enjoyed stay with family n closed relatives. Bunglow is surrounded by full greenery n in the early morning colouful birds of different species can be seen. Additionally, terrace in front of bedrooms for party, get-together. Complimentry breskfast is provided. Overall we enjoyed our stay n whenever in future plan for Dapoli visit, we would definitely prefer to stay at Aai Homestay. Thanks to the management for making our stay pleasant n comfortable.

This is one of the most family friendly places in Dapoli, First and foremost very close from the dapoli bus stop and easy to locate. It provides more facilities than the other home stays, like bonfire, barbeque etc. The owner of this bunglow will go out of his bounds to help others. As the owner is a resident of dapoli, he will guide you to the places to visit nearby. The food provided doesn't make us feel that we have left our home. ( If requested you get lunch and dinner ) Breakfast is included. The place has a parking of around 2-3 Cars in the premises. The owner being a horticulturist has landscaped his garden and has grown a variety of other plants and trees. Also the prices being reasonable it overall makes a Wonderful experience to stay here. Must visit.❤️
